No Smoking

Another Friday evening has arrived. It doesn't seem that long ago since the last Friday.

We had a few rooms to clean today, one of them being a non smoking room that we had people in Monday thru this morning. They had requested a non smoking room. There was a couple non smoking rooms available. They were asked again at check in if that is what they wanted, and the answer was yes.

So, WHY did they smoke in the room?!

Very frustrating. We've worked very hard at airing it out, and hope we are successful. But why do people have so little regard for others?

Makes me understand a little more clearly why people are getting more adamant about making everything non smoking except your own home. Its people like this (who just think rules/ good manners are not required of them) that make life a little more impossible for sensitive people.
